We needed a place to stay because we had a family member in the hospital. It was super close to the hospital and the rate was not bad. The place did not smell like cigarettes and security onsite.

The location. Mid-town, only 5 minutes from the capitol. There was an IHOP right on the corner, and that was great.

No diversity in staff which is very bad for business. I arrived walking through the hallways, the carpets were filthy, also horrible stitch smell through the hallway. Very dissatisfied with the room.No phone in room to call frontdesk, ice blike nor frigerator or microwave in the room. If I wanted something heated up.I have to go all the way downstairs, Wait and go all the way back to my room which was on the third floor. Hotel did not offer any accommodations, not even for military.

The rooms inside are extremely comfortable and fully renovated however the rest of the hotel like isles and desk are all being worked on. But there is overnight security checking the vehicles so it’s great.
